Claiming Group tickets |

When I went to pick up my tickets there were non available. What should I do?- The deadline for claiming tickets may have passed or the total number of tickets
available may have already been claimed. To inquire about additional tickets, contact your group administrator.
You may also visit Ticketmaster to purchase individual tickets.

If I do not like the tickets that were offered, can I request better tickets?- When you submit a request, the best tickets available in the group event are offered based on the information you submit. However, you may decline the tickets and resubmit your request for a lesser amount of tickets to see if there are any better tickets available.

How will my tickets be delivered?- ticketFast® is the preferred ticket delivery method for all GroupManager events Tickets are dlivered directly to your guests by e-mail and allows them to print their
tickets immediately after purchasing or claiming their tickets. Learn more about ticketFast® delivery.

Can I choose to receive my tickets via the United States Postal Service (USPS)?- At this time, only ticketFast® delivery is available. Learn more about the benefits of
ticketFast® delivery.

I was not able to claim/purchase the maximum number of tickets that was posted in my
invitation e-mail?- The total number of tickets available for this group event may have been claimed or your group event administrator may have changed the maximum number of tickets a guest can claim. Please contact your group administrator if you have more questions about getting additional tickets.

I'm interested in purchasing tickets to a group event. Is it safe to submit my credit card?- When you purchase online, credit card purchases are generally protected against fraud by law, and your liability is limited. Check with your credit card company for details. Be aware that improvements in technology have significantly decreased any chance of Internet credit card fraud.

I already claimed/purchased tickets. Can I change my mind about attending this event?- Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. Policies set forth by
clients, prohibit issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. If you claimed tickets, i.e, the group admin paid for the tickets, contact your group administrator about turning in your tickets for another person's use.

Managing a Guest Account |

How do I edit my account information?- In order to edit your account information, log in to your account and select the "Edit Profile" button found on the My Tickets page in the account information box.

I lost the tickets that I printed. What should I do?- In order to resend your tickets, log in to your account and select the "E-mail Tickets" button next to the group event you would like tickets for on the "My Tickets" page in the "My Tickets" box. If you have forgotten your password, there is a link to have it sent to you on the log in page.

I am interested in setting up my own group event. What should I do?- To set up a new group event, please contact the Orioles Rep. Once the event has been set up, simply log in to your GroupManager account to set up the details of your group event. You'll be able to create and send e-mail invitations, track RSVP's, manage payments online and more!
