Purchasing Group Tickets

Create an account
If you dont already have a personal account, you will be asked to create one by providing the following information:
  • E-mail Address
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Postal / Zip Code
  • Password
  • Agreement to the terms of use

Choose an Event
You can view details about any of the group events such as opponent, date of event and offer details (ex., discount). Events with group tickets still available will be clickable.

Purchase tickets
Once you choose an event, all pertinent information about the tickets will be displayed online. Youll be able to review ticket prices, seat locations, and a venue map. You may purchase tickets up to the maximum ticket limit set by the group administrator. If youd like to edit your order, youll be able to change the ticket quantity/price level and resubmit a request for different tickets.

Billing information
If you are purchasing tickets to a group event, you will need to provide the following valid billing information:
  • First Name
  • Middle Initial
  • Last Name
  • Billing Address
  • Phone Number
  • Credit Card information (including the credit card ID number)

Confirmation page
You will receive a confirmation page summarizing your purchase.

E-mail confirmation with tickets attached (PDF format)
Tickets will be delivered to you via ticketFast® e-mail delivery. Youll receive an e-mail confirmation with you tickets attached as a PDF file. You will need Adobe Acrobat 4.0 or higher (FREE) to view and print your tickets.

If you experience any problems with delivery, log in to your account, then select the My Tickets link at the top of the page. Youll be directed to the My Tickets page which lists all the events that youve been invited to or have purchased tickets for. Find the group event that you should have received tickets for and select the Resend Tickets button next to it.
If you dont see the event or the Resend Tickets button next to the event, please contact us and well be happy to assist you.

Managing Your Account

Purchase tickets
You can click on the offer link in the e-mail or intranet at any time to get back to GroupManager to purchase tickets. Once you have purchased tickets to one of the events hosted by your group administrator, youll be able to view all the group events they offer (if tickets are available), by visiting the My Tickets page in the Group Invites section. You can purchase tickets at any time from this page simply by selecting the Claim Tickets button.

Resend tickets
If guests lose or destroy their tickets, they can easily resend them by visiting the "My Tickets" page and selecting the "Resend Tickets" button found next to the group event they are attending.

Purchase more tickets
You may return at any time to purchase additional tickets by selecting the Claim Tickets button on the My Tickets Page if there are still tickets left for the event. You can purchase as many tickets as youd like up to the ticket limit set by your group administrator.

View all tickets
You can visit the My Tickets page to view tickets that are available to purchase and tickets you have already purchased (including ticketExchange).

Edit Profile
You may view and edit your account information at any time by selecting the Edit Profile button on the My Tickets page.
