Claiming Group Tickets

Creating an account
If you dont already have a personal account, you will be asked to create one by providing the following information (e-mail address is automatically set):
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Postal / Zip Code
  • Password
  • Agreement to the terms of use

Select tickets
If tickets are still available, you will be able to claim tickets up to the maximum ticket limit set by your group administrator.

Claim/purchase tickets
You will be able to review the seat locations, a venue map and ticket price (if you are paying for the tickets) before claiming or purchasing the tickets. You may also edit the ticket quantity and resubmit for a different number of tickets.

Billing information
If you are purchasing tickets to a group event, you will need to provide the following valid billing information:
  • First Name
  • Middle Initial
  • Last Name
  • Billing Address
  • Phone Number
  • Credit Card information (including the credit card ID number (CIN))

Confirmation page
You will receive a confirmation page summarizing your ticket purchase or the tickets you claimed.

E-mail confirmation with tickets attached (PDF format)
Tickets will be delivered to you vai ticketFast®. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with you tickets attached as a PDF file. You will need Adobe Acrobat 4.0 or higher (FREE) to view and print your tickets.

Managing Your Account

Claim/purchase tickets
If you have not claimed tickets but have set up an account, all the group events that you have been invited to are available for viewing on the My Tickets page as long as there are still tickets to claim/purchase. You can claim/purchase tickets from this page at any time simply by selecting the "Claim Tickets" button.

Resend tickets
If you lost or destroyed your tickets, you can easily resend them by visiting the My Tickets page and selecting the "Resend Tickets" button found next to the group event you are attending.

Claim more tickets
If there are still tickets left for your group, you may return at any time to claim/purchase additional tickets up to the ticket limit set by your group administrator. Simply select the "Claim Tickets" button.

View all tickets
To view all tickets that pertain to this guest (including ticketExchange), visit the My Tickets page.

Edit Profile
You may view and edit your account information at any time by selecting the "Edit Profile" button on the My Tickets page.
