Account Manager Helpful Hints

Account Manager is the online portal to Archtics, the database used by CAPA, CATCO, Columbus Children's Theatre, Columbus Symphony Orchestra, the Drexel Theatre, Jazz Arts Group, the Lincoln Theatre, the Jeanne B. McCoy Community Center for the Arts, and Opera Columbus.

Account Manager provides access to online giving for CAPA, CATCO, Columbus Symphony Orchestra, and the Lincoln Theatre.

Account Manager provides access to online subscription renewals for Columbus Symphony Orchestra and ticket sales for select events from other organizations within the CAPA family.

Account Manager allows you to manage your email subscriptions - stay in touch with our organizations by signing up to receive e-newsletters, on-sale information, and special offers!

Account Manager also provides access to contact information stored in your Archtics account(s). You can update your mailing address, phone number, and email address after logging in to your account.

When you login with your email address and password, you will have access to all of the accounts that contain your email address.

When you login with an account number and password, you will have access to one account only.

If you attempt to create a new account, and receive a message stating that our database already has your email address on file, please click the "Forgot Your Password?" link to receive a temporary password via email and login to your existing account.
