What is Mobile Entry?

Mobile Entry means your US Open ticket is accessed on your phone. That means that you won’t need to print and remember to bring tickets to get into the grounds – no more worries about leaving your ticket at home or the office. Mobile tickets enable you to manage, view, scan, transfer and sell your tickets with the device that’s always with you. Your phone is always in your pocket, your purse or your hand, and doesn’t require a printer or remembering to grab your tickets before you go.

What if I want to give tickets to friends/family/clients ahead of time?

You may transfer their digital tickets to them any time prior to the session via the US Open mobile app or at usopen.org/accountmanager. If you are a full series subscriber, you may deliver them hard stock tickets as an alternative. If you purchased your tickets on ticketmaster.com, you may also login to your account there to transfer the tickets.

Does the person I send the tickets to need an account?

Yes. They’ll need to sign into their Ticketmaster account, or they will create one in the acceptance process.
